Human Resource (HR) Manager
We are 9grids. We are currently a team of 17 employees with a strong bond and who are very passionate and goal oriented. Everyone give at least 100% in each task or project assigned to them. We have been operating for more than 2 years now. We have a clear direction on both business strategy and most importantly, the culture that we want for our company.
The team is composed of mostly millennials who we are proud to work with because of their sincere desire for growth. They embrace challenges and have a radiating positivity that inspires the rest of the team. Their skills and personality are definitely at par with or even better than others who are already experienced. We also have experienced team members bringing in years of knowledge to inspire and lead the team. From someone who has won several awards from different advertising bodies, to directors and senior managers from different industries. The founder/CEO is very simple, and 95% of the time you’ll see him wearing shorts and slippers in the office. He is sometimes feared by some for his serious expression, but he is definitely very well respected and is the kind of person the company looks up to. Our established culture is very collaborative. We encourage everyone to speak up, clarify, and share their ideas. We value a healthy work-life balance, so we are very focused on finishing our work within office hours to have time with other activities outside the office because we all hate working overtime. We give our best not only for ourselves but most importantly, we do not want to drag other team members down. As the HR Manager you will inspire, interact, and provide support to our most important asset: our people. You are expected to have the experience in knowing and understanding the needs of employees. Our company is very serious about the culture that we are cultivating. We value culture as much as we value talent. That’s why it is important that as HR Manager, your values should be aligned with the company’s. As HR Manager, you will also be expected to have a strong background in hiring and employee retention since we want to be able to hire if needed, recruit the best employees from other companies.
